When an art-collecting family moved into the snowy slopes of Aspen, they wanted a space that matched their love for restraint and refinement. They asked for an interior that celebrated texture over color, shadow over spectacle.
We focused on materiality — polished concrete, walnut, and charred wood formed the foundation. Built-in seating and floating cabinetry created negative space around the art. Window treatments were designed to shift with the light, subtly adjusting the mood across the day. Every solution was measured, never rushed.
"Serra has an extraordinary eye for detail and a rare ability to create calm through structure. Our home feels like a quiet reflection of who we are."
